Post package stuck in transit

Hi, my package AT568945020CN has been stuck in New York since the 31st (with an automated 'in transit' message every 3 days) -- I normally wouldn't be worried but I've talked with others who have the same problem and their packages have been stuck in New York for longer. Is there something I can do, or someone I can contact?

AT568945020CN seems to have delivery problem as it stuck at New York over one week. Normally this means the shipper printed wrong address. We suggest you wait one more week and see if you can get new update.
