package stuck in Posting/Collection since 10/20, estimated delivery date 11/2, it is now 11/4.

USPS.com LZ483766575CN arrived in PHILADELPHIA, PA Nov 3. It seems that the recipient required USPS to forward this parcel to another address. So now the parcel is heading to new address. it will be delivered next week.
