Hello,

I need to return a package to the adres below:

Consignee: Zhang Xueru&Xiao Mi Yuncang
Shipping address: Room 301, 3rd Floor, Building E, Xianhao Innovation Smart Park, No.17
Jiabin Road, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China&Zhang Xueru -
R3BP096612
Mobile phone: 13392351835

But as of 9-11-2024 it stuck on "Item presented to import Customs" in Guangzhou. The package contains the full adress above, but I fear the import customs have not seen it (the label contains similar information but might be incomplete).

How do I contact customs? I have a valid tracking number which I do not want to share on an open forum.

Without tracking number, we can't know exact detail of your parcel. But based on your description, I can guess that the problem is in your seller. He does not want to make customs clearance and accept the return. This kind of games are played everyday by those bad sellers.

Unfortunately shipper can't make customs clearance. You must find some way to push seller to make customs clearance. Once customs clearance is done, China Post will deliver the parcel to receiver.

If receiver does not make customs clearance after certain period(normally 2 months), then China Post will return the parcel to original shipper's country by ocean container.
