Post Package stuck in Customs, why?

I sent a defective screen back to the seller in China, however, it has been stuck in customs since December 24th. Can you provide more information? Origin Country is USA to Destination Country China, US Tracking (USPS) EP849538344US. Is there a number for the seller/manufacture to contact?

EP849538344US is in Shenzhen customs since Dec 24. It should have some delivery problem.

You need ask receiver call China Post EMS hotline 11183 and try to pickup the parcel from Shenzhen EMS head office.
