Hello,

I am reaching out in regards to package EY121058454AU, which has been stuck in China customers for over a month.

Is there an estimate of when this will be released and delivered?

EY121058454AU arrived in Yiwu on Sep 2. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
