Hi,

I've refunded a package recently and it seems to have been stuck in customs since july 10th. I’ve already notified the shop I ordered from and they said they reached out to customs in China yet got no answer whatsoever and I don’t know who to message from here in Germany either so I was wondering if anyone here could tell me what’s going on with my package. The tracking number is CY730017732DE.

CY730017732DE arrived in Jinhua on July 10. The receiver didn' t make customs clearance. Obviously he/she doesn't want to accept the return and issue refund to you. This is the common game often played by those bad sellers.

Please contact your marketplace and file dispute against this bad seller.

They said they tried to reach out to customs though :( And they’ve been very cooperative the whole time, so I kinda can’t imagine this issue being on the seller
