I sent a return package from Australia to china and it has been stuck in customs in Shenzhen since the 20th of September.
My tracking number is LK981479399AU and I am wondering if this will ever leave customs, I am relying on this package returning so I can receive a refund for a faulty package

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11183, pay duty and arrange pickup the parcel from China Post Shenzhen head office.
