My package has been stuck in Beijing since November 29. Please help me locate the package. My tracking number is: Cp370903204cn

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP370903204CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to Netherlands on nov 30.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive Netherlands in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

Right now you can not do anything but waiting. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
