Post Package Stuck for one month

Hello, I have a E packet from China to Italy that has been stuck with no shipping updates for one month. Usually it arrives in 2 weeks.

Tracking No. LL492079977CN

I asked China EMS already, they told me it has arrived in Italy 3 weeks ago and is waiting to be picked up by Poste Italiane. But how could this process be so long? Did anyone have same problems recently?

LL492079977CN is a little bit delayed in Shenzhen but it is still in normal time frame. ePacket sometimes will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach Italy. Please wait one or two more weeks.

Once parcel arrives Italy, you will see local status in Italy Post website.

The last update on June 26th says it has left Shenzhen and departed to Milan, why you say its still in Shenzhen?

Also, I have asked EMS China, they told me the package has arrived in Italy on July 6th. But dunno why not being processed or sorted by Italian Post.

Left Shenzhen just means the parcel left China Post Shenzhen warehouse. It is going to airline warehouse in Shenzhen airport. Normally it will take another 4 to 10 days to catch airline leaving Shenzhen(or Hong Kong) for Europe. Then it will transit through many Europe airports, pass customs in Milan and then enters into Italy Post system. You need some patient.
