Hi Good Day, my package with tracking number EV068732295CN seems to be stuck somewhere since the last status update was quite a few days ago now. Is there some issue that is holding it back? The estimated date keeps saying it is going to get delivered the same day and then changes to next day.

EV068732295CN has arrived in India Post office in Jamshedpur HO, you need to your local India Post and pickup the item asap.

I wasnt aware I had to go pick it up from the PO. Thanks for the info! I will go pick it up tomorrow. Will they be aware if I give them this tracking number?
