Hi,
it seems my package CY730225219DE got stuck at Ningbo customs.
Unfortunately I haven't found any working international phone number either for Ningbo customs nor for china post.

Are there any chances to pay the taxes from outside china country? Or any advice how to proceed so this package can be delivered?

CY730225219DE is still waiting for recipient to make customs clearance. Unfortunately shipper can't do anything to make customs clearance. Only recipient can do it.

If free storage time expires, and recipient does not make customs clearance in time. The item will be returned to original shipper's country by ocean ship.

Is this a return for refund?
