Hello,

My package still hasn’t arrived, and I have no way of tracking it. I only received an order confirmation and a “Track Package” option, but when I try to track it, it says that the tracking number does not exist.

So I don’t even know if my order has actually been shipped or where it currently is. I have already paid for it and have been waiting for quite a while. Could you please check the status of my order and let me know where my package is and whether it has been shipped?

ZS21189368499 arrived in Germany on Oct 4. It is on the way to destination.

If everything is OK, ZS21189368499 will be delivered by German Post(DHL) in 7 days after arriving Germany.
