Hello,I have been unable to receive any logistics update information for a package since April 13th.I would like to know where it is and if something happened to it. Here’s the tracking number:
LY919582996DE.

LY919582996DE arrived in Hangzhou customs for long time. But the recipient has not made customs clearance. Did you write the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel address?
