http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS306393555CN was shipped from China on mar 25 and was sent to Fuzhou airport on Mar 27th. It is still in China.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight to USA. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Do you have a rough date for it to post out?

It is difficult to predict arrival time. Our stat shows some parcel shipped in mid April has arrived USA while many parcels shipped in February are still in China waiting for flight. It is like a lottery game.

Good news is that China Post has rent some cargo airlines to solve the delay problem. So the average delay time has improved a lot. More and more new parcels arrives destination very quickly. The old parcels should be processed soon. Again, it depends on luck.

Since Corona virus crisis broke out in late January, China has cancelled more than 90% airlines. Many parcels delayed in warehouse since then. China Post warehouses are so full that it is impossible to organize these parcels in shipping time sequence.

The result is that all these limited 10% space are assigned to parcels at random. Some new parcels might be shipped very quickly while many old parcels are still sleeping in warehouse. So it is difficult to predict actual arrival time.
