Since October 28th my order is in this state: “Shenzhen, delivered to air transport” what does this mean?

My tracking number: LO356126380CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO356126380CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Singapore on Oct 28.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Portugal Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Portugal ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Portugal Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Portugal Post website will show its new status with Portugal location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
