Ordered items back in September. Tracking shows items recurved 12/16 and departed customs 12/22. It is now 2/9 and still no package. Can I please get some help with locating LW281769746CN.

LW281769746CN is ePacket which normally will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel has more than 80% possibility to be lost.

You need open dispute for refund.
