I am from Czech Republic, Europe. I have sent package to China. It cost me a lot of money and it arrived broken and also opened in a way that postman couldn't even read recipient's name. Please help me. I can't contact chinese post by phone, I don't speak chinese at all moreover call from Europe to China may cost me all.my savings.
