I would like info on my package please.

Shipping tracking sites specifies that package "Departed Country of Origin" since May 16th, and there is not more information since then (12 days ago). How can I get the status of the track?

RE065917984CN was sent to Beijing airport May 16. It is still there waiting for flight to Colombia.

How can I confirm when the flight leaves China?

After parcel left China, it will travel about 2 to 4 weeks to reach Colombia. Then Colombia Post website will show arrival info.
