Post Package "processed through facility" for 9 days?

Can anyone tell me what's going on with my package? tracking # LT668192234CN ... it's been 9 days since it was processed through SUZHOU facility.. I know USPS and EMS have a reputation of not updating their statuses but could the delay be from Chinese New Years? This package is going to the US.

1. I have check the China Post EMS site and it does reflect this tracking:
Number: LT668192234CN
Package Status: In Transit

Destination Country: United States
2017-01-03 00:07 CHINA, SUZHOU EMS, Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through a facility in SUZHOU EMS, CHINA at 12:07 am on January 3, 2017.
2017-01-02 11:07 Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

Origin Country: China
2017-01-03 01:38 Suzhou city, away from Suzhou to the Chicago (go)

2. According to the above tracking your parcel is On Route/In Transit to USA. You are OK before the Chinese New Years from 27 Jan to 02 Feb.

it sucks but at least you know you're not alone in this. I guess that's the caveat of ordering from China.
