Hi, I ordered my package from Shanghai, China through EMS on December 6,2019 and my tracking have not UPDATED since December 6,2019. I need help finding my package!!! It says it was preparing shipment but it’s been saying that for WEEKS!!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS166736990CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to US on Dec 7.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, such no-information period can take 30 to 40 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
