I've been away for two weeks., According to the tracking system my package is delivered, but I've received nothing. No package, no text message. no note in the mailbox at my house. Now what?

Hi, you should contact your local post company (NLPost?) ASAP and ask what is going on

If you put a question mark behind NL Post, how am I supposed to know it is NL Post?

I am not a resident of the Netherlands, thus I put a question mark - I am not sure which companies handle your post.. how do you now know which companies deliver your packages? Find out and contact them...

But how can I find out who delivers my package if you don't know to which carrier you've delivered it? You should tell me, so I can ask the courier in question. So, is it PostNL, DHL, Fedex, UPS, or one of the many more couriers?

PostNL now says that you have made an error, and that your code LX169286977CN belongs to another package, with another name and another Netherlands postcode, which I presume has been delivered to the righteous receiver to another address in The Netherlands. Now, where is my package?

Another question: As Post.NL puts the blame on you, for having put a wrong address on my parcel, may I ask you: to which address did you ship?

It sounds like you have been scammed, where did you buy your items from? Contact your seller ASAP and see if they accidentally sent you the wrong tracking number or if they did it intentionally

We are not China post, this is a volounteer forum.
