http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO699070187CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Zhengzhouoffice to UK on Jan 5.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Zhengzhou,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.
