The tracking number AMTS000319919FS shows a delivery to my home on 10/19/2026. It was not delivered. I have looked at all of my Ring camera history and it was not delivered. Please investigate this and reply to Julie Simpson at [email protected]. Thank you for your assistance.

AMTS000319919FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called MTS.

MTS Tracking Database shows it was Delivered in Downey,90240 on Oct 19.

If you didn't get the item, please contact shipper and ask for original shipping label copy. We believe the seller printed wrong address.
