Hello.
Your tracking system has stated that my package has been delivered but I haven't
received the parcel. If you can please get back to me with a response then that would be appreciated.

Royal Mail website https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/LZ163639407CN shows the parcel was delivered in Sutton Coldfield DO on Jan 31. You can see delivery proof there.

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes you are absolutely right as I have checked the Royal Mail website - the only problem is that I don't live in Sutton Coldfield or anywhere close to Sutton Coldfield, actually, i do not even live in the same country - this is the address that i supplied when ordering the item.

You must be scammed. The seller shipped some junk to a wrong address or used other people's tracking number to cheat you.

In either case, you need to open dispute to your marketplace or call your bank to file charge back against fraud.
