Hello, I am coming to file a complaint for an undelivered package.
On your website you indicate that the parcel number LL851027287CN was delivered but to date I have not received anything. Can you tell me why ? Or what you can do to be compensated ?

French Post website shows LL851027287CN est arrivé dans le site en vue de sa distribution.

You need contact your local post office for delivery detail.
