Hi! I ordered a Mother’s Day package on April 27th. Unfortunately it is May 17th and it has not arrived and has no shipping information. I’m starting to feel that I may have been scammed. The tracking code is LY214384093CN

Can anyone assist?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY214384093CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.

Seller didn't shipped goods. Just created tracking number. You have to push seller sent your package. Open claim on aliexpress told him you didn't have any updates your package with tracking number.
