I ordered a shed over a month ago. I have no updates since sept.15. The package says its less than 50 miles away from me. I can not get ahold of anyone to tell me where it is. The only info i have on it is 1000208973 and ut217041852cn. Please help me

UT217041852CN was sent to flight to USA on Sep 15.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

The last update i got on its status says its in san francisco about 50 miles away from me should it really still take that long to go 50 miles?

50 miles normally takes one day. USPS might have lost your parcel. You need open dispute to claim refund.
