http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO922327640CN was just shipped from Shenzhen to Russia on MAR 18. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Russia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from Shenzhen. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
