I ordered a product from China, it was posted on 14/12/2019 and until now is on China. Will this package arrive or not????? It is "sleeping" there, no update, nothing! If I knew the product was from China, I would not order it!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO631459861CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shanghai office to Italy on Dec 20.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.
