LH723449882CN This Parcel has had a status update since 11/10 and I am just wondering why? is it in Customs is something wrong? what exactly is keeping it from getting scanned?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LH723449882CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Oct 11. Normally such ePacket will take 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to Australia. You need some patient.

Once parcel arrives Australia, you will see next update with Australia Post location.

The thing that has me confused is that normally You see on the tracker several updates up until it gets handed to airline this time around it hasn't done this this is why it has me confused

no need worry. Sent to airline is not necessarily the last update you can see. Your parcel status is normal. Just be patient to wait its next update in Australia.
