Hello! I would like to understand what is happening to my package LA978463955CN
It was shipped a month ago, but now shows like it was shipped again today. Or was it returned? It says something about security inspection returns. It is a respirator mask.

LY151660654CN was rejected by Guangzhou airport safety check point on Mar 21. Most of reject is caused by items with safety issue like battery, chemical liquid, magnetic etc. But some reject is caused by machine mistake. What is your item inside?

BTW, China Post sent this parcel to airport again on April 23. Please wait one or two more weeks and see what will happen.

I'm sorry but that is not the tracking number I provided, you must have gotten something mixed up with another post. LA978463955CN is the one I asked about and the item is a respirator mask.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX059701476CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Estonia on Mar 19. It was sent to Guangzhou airport on Mar 19 and is still in Guangzhou airport .

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from china to Europe. China Post has not enough shipping space to send so many parcel. you might need wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Estonia, Estonia post website will show its local location in Estonia. please wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim refund first. After you get your parcel, then pay back to seller.
