My tracking number is LW234167402CN. No updates since it left China. Where is it? It should be here by now.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW234167402CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Zhengzhou office to US on Dec 13.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Zhengzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

such no-information period can take 20 to 30 days . Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
