My parcel is staying almost 2 months same place.

I can't contact with seller and not get any reply.

I hope to know why my parcel is not moving for 2 months from GUWANGZHOU EM.

My Track Number is LP903576009CN

Please let me know.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LP903576009CN was shipped from China to Korea on Mar 22. It is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Korea. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives Korea, Korea Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
