needing updated information on package LW732862947CN! no new information since October 19, 2019. This thing must be on a very slow boat from China with no motor!!!! I have received 2 other packages from China within 1-1 1/2 weeks of being ordered; what is up?????

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW732862947CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to USA on Oct 19. It is delayed than average schedule but still in normal time frame.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in USA). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with USA location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
