My package from USA says it is being held in customs at Shenzhen EMS since November 20. Is there any way to get this package? Tracking # EW003432172US

EW003432172US arrived Shenzhen customs on nov 20. it seems to have customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and ask for delivery detail.
