I sent a package to my son in China and the tracking information says Beijing Taxable Mail, to be paid by recipient. How do I find out where he has to go to pay whatever is owed and get the package? The tracking number is CH079302098US.

CH079302098US is hold in Beijing customs since Oct 17. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185, pay duty and pickup the parcel.
