hello there. I sent a package from England. the buyer is saying that the package is going around in circles, according to the tracking. I put the address on in chinese and English as requested by buyer. I really do not know what is going on. can you please help in any way? Tracking number: RN451436759GB

I must add that I checked tracking myself and last update was this morning, saying parcel had left customs. does this mean it's on way to buyer or will it go back and forth between 2 places like before?

RN451436759GB has not entered China Post system yet. You probably need wait some more time.
