Hello, my package CP333766827CN, was delivered to Germany, however, the receiver wasn't informed about it and now the package is being returned to China. How can I stop it from happening?

I have a confirmation from you in which I stated that in case of non-delivery it was supposed to be redirected to other German address, however, was now told by DHL Germany, that such option does not exist at all, and that's a lie on China Post side.

Can I stop it from being shipped back?

DHL Germany make delivery based on the address printed by seller. If DHL Germany can not make correct delivery, it means your seller printed wrong address.

As DHL has already returned the parcel, you can not stop the return procedure.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

I am the sender and the receiver of the package. My package is being sent back to China, is there an option we can add another number to the package so I will be informed once it is relieved in Shanghai? The package is being sent back to my dormitory, and as you might be aware, I am not allowed to be back there. The number I gave once I was shipping the package in January, will be inactive in a couple of weeks, thus, can we change the number the package is being connected to? If so, how can I do it?

Unfortunately you can not add phone number or any notification method in the order. You need track this parcel status in http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP333766827CN everyday, once this page hows your parcel arrives Shanghai, you need call China Post hotline 11183 and pickup the parcel.
