Hello,
I ordered goods from China and, when I receive and opened my package, it did not contains the correct goods, even the brand was not right (I ordered from Yostar and receive a package from Amore Pacific).
I asked the sender, which confirms that this package is not theirs (their packages have a specific scotch) and they need a lost package certificate in order to send me an other package.
I then tried to contact the french courier company, Chronopost, but they told me that I need to contact the Chinese post company and it is the chinese company that need to make contact with them.

Am I asking at the right adresse ? I tried at an other email adresse but I don't seem to receive any answer.

you must be scammed. None can provide so called "lost package certifcate" for you. Obviously the cheater give a mission-impossible job to you. He just wants to fool you.

you need to call your bank and report fraud.

Yostar is a known company and I buy there goods from the official store, and, if the sender wanted to scam me, he would not send a package full of beauty products which are more expensive than the goods I bought.

What email adresse or site must I sent a reclamation for a lost package.
