I send a package to friend in China, but didn't write her phone number, so China post can't call her and deliver package.
Is there an option, to somehow contact Chinapost and recieve package?
Track number (RB983782130RU) shows, that it is in necessary place, but my friend can't find it there.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived China Post office in 复旦大学(Fudan University) on Nov 22. You need ask your friend go to University Mail Center to pickup her parcel. Pls Use RB983782130RU as reference number.

We already tried this variant, but it seems like they don't now about parcel (also don't speak english, what makes communication way more difficult). But, probably, she haven't shown them track number. Also, does she need to have any ID with her to get it, if it is there?
Is there an option to communicate with someone English-speaking in ChinaPost, to find out, what happened?

Unfortunately China is not an English-Friendly country. You need find some friend as interpreter for you to talk with Fudan University Mail center. the parcel seems still there, buy you should pickup it asap otherwise it might be returned to shipper.
