Post Package Delivery Issue

I ordered a package and was sent a tracking number. I called Canada Post to see what happened. And they explained that on August 7 it was out for delivery in Windsor but was returned to sender because of the address
provided was incorrect. I would like to know why I was not notified. No body emailed me or tried to contact me. So now I have a package that I was expecting to receive. I already paid for it and now it's back in China.

I believe your seller did not print correct address. He should be responsible for the return of the parcel.
Now you have no other option , you must request refund from seller.

If you paid with Ali express or PayPal, you need open dispute for non-arrival order refund.
