Where is my Christmas package for my grandchildren?
It has been with Nanjing Customs since November 11, 2024, and all the necessary information has been submitted.

CY286199697DE arrived in Nanjing customs on Dec 10. Did you write the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel? If yes, he/she should have received a customs clearance text code from China Post. Receiver needs to use that code to make customs clearance online.
