Hello ,

I send a package from the netherlands to china. It is still at customs since 1 october.
why is it being held so long?

CM007826688NL arrived in Guangzhou on oct 7. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
