Hello,
My package has been in transit for 2 weeks and the transit days keep increasing on your website. I need to know when the package will arrive. My order is LS179838330CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS179838330CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Dec 14.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, such no-information period can take 20 to 30 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
