I am extremely disappointed in the whole purchasing from a company which stated it was in the USA with no indication it was really in China. I was supporting the US and tried to cancel order, but the misleading vendor stated it was on its way. So, I have been tracking this for the few weeks and last note was turned over to airlines on 5/29. Well, where are we going from here? What is happening? Why are you charging me up front and really not getting this to me? RV435282387CN tracking number. Please provide update and new tracking number with the US postal service or other shipping vendor as I need to know this information asap. Thank you.

AND please do not provide the streamlined answer that China Post has to abide by COVID 19 bs. When I purchased these items, the shipping was within 10 days. NOW it has surpassed that. I want exact information. I have already reported the vendor.
