Ou est passé mon colis LO614250129CN, il est à la poste chinoise depuis le 13décembre ? Dans combien de temps sera t'il en départ pour la France

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO614250129CN shows the parcel was returned from Shanghai to Nanchang on Dec 22. Not sure return reason.

I suggest you wait 10 more days and see what will happen. If you can not see update by Jan 15,2020, open dispute to seller for refund.
