My orders have not arrived, tracking numbers: order 1 ZS30218445599 order 2 ZS30218441599
Order 1 was supposed to arrive nov 3rd and order 2 Oct 31. When i searched for the tracking numbers it says no tracking information available. Does this mean my orders are lost? Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

ZS30218445599 arrived in LAX airport on Nov 3. It is waiting for import processing. Please wait a couple of days to get the parcel delivered.
