Ordered a Smart Light back in January and from the very beginning I have not been able to track my package ... Here is tracking # Wich says cannot find find anything under that tracking #... Did I get ripped off or is my package lost ? Tracking

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW245553264CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
