Hello, I am writing this email about this order because when this order is tracked it says that it was delivered to Ontario CA and that someone picked up this order on October 16,2026. I don’t live there , I live in Scranton Pa. I would like to know where my package is. If I don’t have the package then I want a full refund. The payment that was charged to my account is for $75.98.
