Hi,
I’ve been waiting over a month for two orders and just hoping someone can get in contact with me and help me find out where these orders are. The uk post service have been told it’s on its way but I haven’t heard anything since the beginning of April.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were shipped from China in early April . They are waiting for flight to UK in Shanghai and Guangzhou airport.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. It is difficult to predict arrival time. You need wait another 10 to 20 days to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives UK, Royal Mail website will show arrival info.
